You can customize the appearance of your store's product review forms and review score badges, also called star ratings, or translate DS Reviews to a specific language.

Show or hide the star rating, review form or review pop

You can choose whether to show or hide the product review listing and review form by default. When the review listing or review form is hidden, merchants can access it by clicking on a link in the section.

Complete the following steps to show or hide the reviews or review form:

1. From the DS Reviews, click Settings.
   1. In the Theme setting navigation, toggle the review box option on or off.
   2. In the Review Popups navigation, toggle the review popup option on or off.
   3. In the Star setting navigation, toggle those options on or off.
2. Click Save.

Change the appearance of review elements

You can change the appearance of the review elements and form in the Theme setting.

You can change the following settings:

• Style - Set the look of review blocks in one of two styles: List or Masonry.
• Review elements - Show/hide elements of a review block: name, avatar, date, image and more.
• Color - Choose a color for the stars in the star rating block, text and button.
• Typography - Set the text and star size in pixels.
• Custom CSS - If you just wish to override a few aspects of setting options, just write your own code lines.

Translate the text of review listing or form

Most of the text that DS Reviews displays on your theme is customizable. For example, you can translate DS Reviews to a specific language to match the rest of your online store.
